Fast and professional
1. They answered phone and responded.
2. The Tech was very cordial.
3. The work seems to be well done and garage door works.
4. For a two hour visit and a 12” bracket - I felt it was a very high price of $300 per hour for the repair + part.
5. Have an understanding of the price quote compared to what’s being done before hiring them. I was out of town and couldn’t get competing quote’s before hiring someone.

Tech has here at time expected. Told him the issue. We didn't talk long before or after. It took him less time than that to fix my issue. He did a great job. Wonderful service.
The technician called to inform of his arrival time, upon arrival he unloaded his tools, identified the problem and replaced the broken spring. He was finished in less than one hour. The garage door works just fine now.

We exited thru the garage when leaving for vacation. Unfortunately, we locked the overhead garage door and forgot the key was still in the house. We still left and dealt with it apon our return. The technician arrived on time. He quoted $185 to pick lock, but he couldn't do it. I told him to drill the lock out. He drilled about 1/4 inch and the lock popped open. We were happy to get into our home. He was there for less than an half hour and charged us $250 total. We felt somewhat taken advantage of, but we had no other option but to pay. It was an expensive lesson.
The man who came out was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

My technician was James and I highly recommend him! He is such a kind soul. After having a rough morning, I managed to lock my keys in my car. When James came, he could see the stress on my face. He was such a sweetheart, which helped me to stay calm. He was able to get the car unlocked in a matter of minutes.

A little pricey, but worth it. My car was dead in the water with the key stuck in the ignition. It wouldn’t crank and the key wouldn’t come out. Oh, and I also had a U-Haul trailer attached. These guys came out on short notice (same day) and fixed it. And it wasn’t a minor repair, he had to replace a part in the ignition switch.

Great service but when I asked over the phone how much I was told 150. When the job was done my husband said he charged us 190 with milliary discount! So make sure you have them repeat it again or record them! Other than that we just got back vacation and I was tired! Service was fast great customer service!

The gentleman was awesome very nice. I was panicking because my son was having surgery and I lock my keys in my car, he was helping me to stay calm and breathe.
